Man crashes through fences and fields, dies
A Wakita man was pronounced dead at the scene of a vehicle accident that occurred at an unknown time Monday.
According to an Okla-homa Highway Patrol report, the 1998 Ford pickup driven by Guy William Cromwell, 48, was found in a private field in Grant County eight miles north and two and a half miles west of the intersection of Oklahoma 132 and Oklahoma 11.
According to the report, Cromwell was in his pickup in a field when he drove through a field, through a fence, crossed a county road and drove through another fence before coming to a stop in the field where he was found.
According to the report, he was pronounced dead of an unknown medical condition. His body was taken to the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office.
Cromwell was not wearing his seat belt and his airbag was not deployed.

UPDATED photo- Silver Alert issued for missing Garfield County man
Garfield County authorities have issued a Silver Alert for an 88-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since leaving for church. The county sheriff’s office says Edward Sutter was last seen about 9:30 a.m. Sunday when he left home for 1st United Methodist Church in Enid. Sutter never arrived at the church. He was last seen driving a gray, 2003 Toyota Avalon. Authorities had initially said he was driving a Toyota Altima.
