Three more school board candidates filed for seats Tuesday, the second day of the filing period.
Lue Ann Root, Garfield County Election Board secretary, said those who filed Tuesday were Robbie Woods, Office 6 incumbent, Enid Public Schools; Gene Knouse, Covington-Douglas Office 4; and Louie Blough, Garber Office 4.
The deadline to file is 5 p.m. today.
School board seats open are: Autry Technology Center, Office 2; Billings, Office 4; Chisholm, Office 4; Cimarron, Office 4; Covington-Douglas, Office 4; Drummond, Office 4; Enid, Office 1 and Office 6; Garber, Office 4; Hennessey, Office 2 and Office 4; Kremlin-Hillsdale, Office 4; Mulhall-Orlando, Office 4; Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, Office 4; Pond Creek-Hunter, Office 4; Timberlake, Office 3 and Office 4; and Waukomis, Office 4.
