Disabled American Veterans Chapter 66 is in need of volunteer drivers.
The volunteers would be used to transport veterans for medical care to the VA medical center in Oklahoma City.
Currently, there are two drivers, both of whom are World War II veterans in their 80s. DAV officials are hoping younger people will volunteer.
If enough people volunteer, one trip a week would be all that is required of each driver. Anyone interested in helping should call Buck Horner at 484-0553.
