Enid police were searching the 400-500 blocks of East Maple late Tuesday night after receiving a call reporting a man dragging a child into a house.
Enid Police Department had been no confirmation an incident took place, other than that one call, an EPD spokesman said. There were no reports of a missing child.
Enid Fire Department brought a thermal imaging device to the scene, and a police dog also was on the scene, according to police, but nothing was found.
