Two suspects in a reported vehicle theft were apprehended Thursday morning.
At approximately 2:22 a.m. Thursday, a vehicle was reported stolen from the 200 block West Walnut, and police pulled it over a short time later at Alva State Bank, 801 W. Broadway.
The driver and passenger ran from police, according to an Enid Police Department report, and were apprehended after a short foot pursuit.
Kyle Ridgway, 19, of Enid, whom police said was the driver, was arrested on complaints of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, knowingly concealing stolen property, resisting arrest and having an expired driver’s license. Tony Willems, 20, of Enid, was arrested on complaints of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
