An Enid man was taken to a hospital Wednesday after a hit-and-run accident.
Seth Cecil, 19, was taken to Integris Bass Baptist Health Center complaining of torso and neck injuries, an Enid Po-lice Department report states.
The accident happened at 7:25 p.m. in the 3900 block of West Willow.
Cecil was driving a 1996 Honda Civic, according to the report and was hit from behind by a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Randy Revell, of Waukomis. According to the report, Revell drove away but later turned himself in to Waukomis police.
No citations have been issued and no arrests made.
