Cleveland one-quarter mile north of Oxford will be closed starting Thursday while Luckinbill relocates a public water line.
The work is being done in advance of placement of a new box culvert across Cleveland.
Construction is expected to take approximately three to four months depending on weather. The street will be closed to through traffic.
