Kremlin United Methodist Women met at 7 p.m. April 2, 2008 at the church. Joyce Fales was hostess.
President Joyce Fales presented guest speaker Liland Streck, director of Hope Outreach Community Care and Homeless Ministries, who outlined services, including education programs and laundry and shower facilities, provided by his staff and facility. He said donations of packaged items are useful for distribution to clients. For information, contact Streck at 815 W Maine or 237-4800.
The Lions Club meal and a memorial dinner for the Teresa Wuerflein family were planned.
Also attending were Avis Forbes, Martha Harvey, Betty Jo Thurman, Stefanie Franklin, Barbara Blevins, Lillian Brawner, Carolyn Ott, Thelma Sissom and Ellen Randolph. The next meeting is a mother/child dinner May 7 at Western Sizzlin Steak House in Enid.

Kremlin United Methodist Church held its annual Easter egg hunt March 23. Sixty-three children participated. Ava Voth and Shaelee Sissom and Alice Keithly won contest prizes. Jazzy Stubblefield, Becca Gannon and Voth found the $1 prize eggs.
The children were treated to hot dogs and cookies at the end of the hunt.
