Approximately 70 students, teachers, parents, ministers,and members of the community joined around the Ringwood High School flag pole for the annual See You at the Pole event on Sept. 26.
The event was led by seven senior FCA members. The morning of prayer concluded with a breakfast prepared by members of First Baptist Church.

Twenty students and two sponsors attended the OSU/FCA Gameday Sept. 29 at Stillwater. The group attended the FCA rally at the Oklahoma State University soccer field prior to the football game against Sam Houston State.

Ringwood is one of 35 schools chosen by Oklahoma FCA to take part in the Dr. Pepper Challenge. One person will get to participate during hal-time of the Ringwood-South Coffeyville football game Friday. FCA members are selling $2 chances to decide the person who gets the chance to throw a football through a target from the 10-yard line, 20-yard line, 30-yard line and 40-yard line. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to scholarships for Ringwood students to attend an FCA camp next summer.
The winner of the drawing will get a chance to win:
• 10-yard throw — Chick-fil-A small party tray gift certificate.
• 20-yard throw — $100 gas card from ConocoPhilips.
• 30-yard throw — Two tickets to the Oklahoma-Oklahoma State football game.
• 40-yard throw — Ticket package from two to the Big XII championship football game in San Antonio, Texas, including airline travel, hotel accommodations, tickets to the game, welcome reception, pre-game party passes and transportation to and from the game.
