Three charges of lewd molestation were filed Monday against an Enid man who is accused of touching three 13-year-old girls.
Rodney N. Riggs, 39, was charged in Garfield County District Court with the three felony counts, and a warrant was sworn out for his arrest, online court records show.
According to an Enid Police Department report made May 15, a man reported his daughter said Riggs touched her while she was sleeping.
The girl said Riggs came into her room at night and pulled her shirt up, the report said. Two of the girl’s friends, who had stayed the night, said Riggs came into the bedroom and touched them.
Riggs told police he never touched the girls in an inappropriate way but did say he entered the bedroom to make sure the air conditioning vent was not covered, according to the report.
