Two Vici residents were killed when their vehicle struck a semitrailer truck carrying pipe at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at a highway intersection west of Watonga in Blaine County.
Everrett E. VanCampen, 62, was transported by Medi Flight to Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City, where he was pronounced dead on arrival from massive injuries.
