A 30-year-old Enid man was arraigned Thursday on a felony charge for allegedly fondling a 10-year-old girl, according to the charges.
Jason Lee Campbell, 1902 S. Leona Mitchell, faces a possible sentence of three to 20 years if found guilty of lewd molestation.
Campbell was arrested Wed-nesday on a warrant with a pre-set $50,000 bond. Special Judge Norman L. Grey kept Camp-bell’s bond at $50,000 and ordered him to appear in court Jan. 5 for a bond appearance.
The alleged incident occurred Aug. 18, when the girl’s mother saw Campbell touching her daughter, according to an affidavit.
During an interview with detectives, the girl said incidents of Campbell touching her had occurred about 30 times in the past two years, according to court documents.
Campbell has prior felony convictions in Logan County of forcible sodomy and first-degree rape, according to supplemental information filed with Camp-bell’s charges.
