ENID —
Blood donors can feel like a champion by donating blood with Oklahoma Blood Institute noon to 6 p.m. Saturday at Oakwood Mall, 4125 W. Garriott.
All blood donors through November will receive their choice of a free University of Oklahoma or Oklahoma State University blood donor T-shirt and a chance to win one of four pairs of tickets to the 2010 Bedlam football game.
Garfield Furniture also has donated a leather Ashley recliner to be given away to one lucky donor at the Oakwood Mall blood drive.
“Regardless of whether donors ‘bleed’ crimson or orange, they know that giving of themselves to save another’s life is the ultimate win,” said OBI president and CEO John Armitage.
