ENID, Okla. —
Enid Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a a man suspected of taking a purse at an area hospital last month.
The theft occurred at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, 600 S. Monroe, Oct. 26.
Police took a report from an Enid resident, who works at the hospital.
She said she went to work at about 4:30 a.m. Oct. 26 and placed her purse on the table in the employee locker room.
She said she returned to the room at about 5:15 a.m., and her purse was gone. The woman notified the hospital, which provided police with surveillance video of the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a black coat, camouflage hat, black-and-white tennis shoes, blue jeans and a tan sweater with dark-colored stripes. The man also has a beard or long sideburns and a goatee.
