Cancer support group meeting slated Thursday

Patients and caregivers can learn more about non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and how to get the support they need at the upcoming cancer support group meeting Thursday hosted by Central Christian Church.

The meeting is open to the public. Two sessions will be held, one at 4 p.m. and the second at 5:15 p.m.

The community can learn more about signs, symptoms and causes, diagnosing, staging and prognostic indicators, as well as treatment options and helpful resources for working with a health care team and living with lymphoma.

Central Christian Church is located at 1111 W. Broadway. Reservations are encouraged but not required and can be made by calling the church office at 233-1214.
