ENID, Okla. —
Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services’ office in Enid has relocated to 611 W. Maine. The new address is two blocks west of First Baptist Church. The main phone number is (580) 233-0244.
The Enid office serves people from Grant, Garfield, Kingfisher, Kay, Blaine and Major counties with all types of disabilities, except those with visual impairments or diabetes. People with visual impairments or diabetes receive assistance through the DRS Visual Services office at 124 N. Oakwood, which may be reached at (580) 616-7900. This office serves 16 counties and has not relocated.

In 2011, Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services provided assistance to more than 87,514 Oklahomans through vocational rehabilitation, employment, independent living, residential and outreach educational programs and the determination of medical eligibility for disability benefits.
