There will be one entry per person, and those registering for the drawings must be present to win. Only one winner per household will be awarded. Prize drawings will be held after parade category winners are announced following the parade.
Parade entrants will register beginning at 10:30 a.m. in front of Billings Community Building. Each parade participant will be given a 50 cent piece. The parade will begin at about 11 a.m. at the west end of Main Street and proceed east toward the gazebo.
