The Pioneer Area Quilt Guild will meet Monday for the annual Christmas luncheon at St. Paul’s Methodist Church, 1904 North Pecan, in Ponca City. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. Members are asked to bring a dish to share that will feed 10-12 people — and a copy of the recipe — along with their name and the city they are from.
Food items should be brought before 11 a.m. Door prizes will be awarded. Hostesses for the luncheon will be LaWanna Gann, Patti Howard, Bev Carpenter and Cheryl Pritchett.
There will be no stitch and assist this month, but the guild will have Show and Share.
Tickets for the fundraising quilt need to be turned in by the December meeting. The drawing for the quilt will take place at that time.
The Pioneer Area Quilt Guild meets the first Monday of each month. Contact Sue Roy at (580) 362-3860 or Jacque Bufton at (580) 762-7142 for more information. Guests always are welcome.
