ENID, Okla. —
Enid Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a person of interest in the investigation of a December homicide.
Police are seeking Anthony Brown Jr. in relation to the investigation of the death of 24-year-old Heath Crites on Dec. 22, 2012.
Brown, 19, is described as a black male, about 5 feet, -8 -inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.
EPD Capt. Jack Morris said police were not releasing further information Monday afternoon, including the reason Brown was being sought by police.
Anyone having information that will lead to the location Brown is urged to call Enid Police Department at (580) 242-7000 or Garfield County Crime Stoppers at (580) 233-6233.

Settlement reached in Zaloudek Grain auger accident

Authorities received a call about 7:25 p.m. Thursday reporting several kids jumping from the dam on the creek below the swinging bridge. The 17-year-old had jumped and went under and that was the last that was seen of him, Baker said.
