ENID — Oklahoma Blood Institute has three blood drives scheduled in Enid next week.
They are:
• 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday in the bloodmobile at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2505 W. Garriott.
• 2-5 p.m. Monday in the bloodmobile at Jacksons of Enid Chrysler Dodge, 4405 W. Garriott.
• 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Northern Oklahoma College, 100 S. University.
All blood donors will receive a warm beanie cap, along with free health screenings and Members for Life points to redeem at OBI’s online store.
Although all blood types are needed, those with O negative type blood are especially encouraged to donate. O negative blood can be used by anyone in emergency need when a patient’s blood type has not been identified.
