ENID — North Central Iris Society will have its annual program, “AIS Iris Introduction in 2008,” at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Gantz Center at Northern Oklahoma College.
Irises start blooming from late April through May in Oklahoma. North Central Iris Society is an affiliate of The American Iris Society.
This program will feature a selection of some of the different classes of irises introduced in 2008. Examples of many bearded irises in various classifications, as well as examples of beardless irises and species crosses, will be shown.
