Applications being taken for Mrs. Enid International

Enid News and Eagle

Applications are being accepted for the title of Mrs. Enid International 2011. The woman selected will represent Enid at the Mrs. Oklahoma International Pageant which will be held March 6, 2011, at Cascia Hall Performing Arts Center in Tulsa.

The woman selected as Mrs. Enid International will become an ambassador for her community and Oklahoma and will receive an official title and sash.

Competitions at the Mrs. Oklahoma Pageant will include:

• Private one-on-one interviews, with each contestant selecting a platform which she will speak about throughout her reign — 50 percent

• Aerobic wear (in lieu of swimsuit competition) — 25 percent

• Evening gown with husbands escorting their wives on stage — 25 percent
