Monday: Holiday — no meal served.
Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, oatmeal roll, cookie.
Wednesday: Chef salad with egg, lettuce, half an orange, crackers, cinnamon roll.
Thursday: Beef macaroni casserole, cooked cabbage, buttered carrots, cornbread, easy chocolate cake.
