Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Thursday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland.

Monday: Holiday — no meal served.

Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, oatmeal roll, cookie.

Wednesday: Chef salad with egg, lettuce, half an orange, crackers, cinnamon roll.

Thursday: Beef macaroni casserole, cooked cabbage, buttered carrots, cornbread, easy chocolate cake.

Menus are subject to change.

Tri County Senior Center of Covington serves a hot meal each weekday. Call (580) 864-7843.

Monday: Holiday — no meal served.

Tuesday: Sliced ham, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Wednesday: Kraut and sausage, fried potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Thursday: Ham and beans, cornbread, vegetable, salad, dessert.

Friday: Meatloaf, potatoes, vegetable, salad, dessert.
