Twins Ruth and Ruby Riley will celebrate their 96th birthday Dec. 5 in Okarche.

They were born Dec. 9, 1913, near Cedar Springs to Ross and Maude Riley.

They attended Lone Star School and graduated from Longdale High School.

Ruby taught school for two years before she married the Raymond Woods, who now is deceased. She lives in Fairview, where they farmed, raised their family and operated a service station.

Her children are Ray Woods, the late Joyce Woods, Don Woods, Robert Woods, Margaret Castleberry and Ken Woods.



Ruth married Johnnie Martin, who now is deceased. They lived and farmed near Cleo Springs and operated a grocery story. She lives in Okla-homa City.



Her children are Janice Martin, Karen Gatz, Lajonna Johnson and the late Connie Rhodes.
