Waukomis park aided by turkey shoot
Thanks to everyone who supported the 2009 Fall Turkey Shoot to raise money for the park renovation project in Waukomis.
It was a successful event with turkeys awarded to the winning shooters.
Thanks to Paul Allen of Advance Food Co. for providing the hamburgers, to Robert and Mary Underwood of Little Bit of Seattle for the coffee, and to all the committee members, Avis and James Gragg, Charlie and Pam Anderson, Glenda and Gene Anderson, Debbie and David Crisson, Sharon Goodwin and Eileen Whitaker, who donated food.
A very special thank you to Roger and Alan Dobrovolny for hosting the event at Bison Shooting Range. We appreciate all the work and preparation that went into this event.
