Reunions for 6/13/09
Phillips University
Phillips University alumni and friends will host a reunion and annual meeting the weekend of June 26-27. All events will be held on the former Phillips University campus in the Gantz Center (now NOC Enid) except for the tour of the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center.
The faculty and staff reception will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. June 26 at The Hub. Events on June 27 will include a tour of Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center 8:30-9:30 a.m.; annual meeting of all alumni and friends of Phillips at 10 a.m.; organization and club gatherings noon to 3 p.m.; and the banquet in Montgomery Hall 6:30-8 p.m.
Registration for the weekend is $10 for dues-paying singles and $15 for dues-paying couples. Non-dues paying single registration is $20 and non-dues paying couples are $25. PUAFA annual dues at $20 for singles and $35 for couples. All events except the Saturday banquet are free. The banquet is $14 per person. Reservations must be made by June 19 for the banquet by contacting Lori Shearer at 237-4433.
Graduating classes from 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989 and 1999 will be honored during the weekend.
McNeal and Cox
The annual McNeal and Cox family reunion will be held July 11 in the fellowship hall at Christ Lutheran Church, 1301 N. 7th, Perry. All family and friends are invited to attend.
Doors open at 10 a.m. with a covered dish lunch served at noon. Several games with prizes are planned for children and adults. An auction of donated items also will be held and there will be several door prizes.

Ent
Thirty-seven descendants of George and Isabell Lotshaw Ent attended the 47th annual reunion June 7 at Park Street Catering & Deli, Cleo Springs. The Jasper Ent family hosted this year’s event.
Door prizes were awarded to Sue Hunt, Erlene Meier and Ernie Rader. Those attending from out-of-state were Lita and Duane Lauber, Naponee, Neb.
The next reunion will be June 6, 2010, hosted by Grace Ent Hays and family.
