Monday: Mac and cheese with Polish sausage casserole, mixed vegetables, tossed salad with tomatoes, cornbread, fruit cocktail.
Tuesday: Chicken salad, English pea-cheese salad, carrot-raisin salad, crackers, fresh orange.
Wednesday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, whole wheat roll, chilled peaches.
Thursday: Fish krispies, pineapple slaw, Harvard beets, hush puppies, cinnamon-apple muffin.
Friday: Western sandwich, cucumbers and onions, baked beans, bun, bakers choice.
