Monday: Beef-cabbage casserole, green beans, chilled pears, biscuit, pudding.
Tuesday: Chicken and rice, Scandinavian mix, strawberries and bananas, roll, Jell-O.
Wednesday: Tuna salad sandwich, vegetable soup, crackers, apple streusel.
Thursday: Super baked potato, marinated fresh vegetable medley, cottage cheese salad, crackers, chocolate cake.
Friday: Chili with beans, side salad, tomatoes in chili, corn bread, pineapple upside-down cake.
