Monday: Chicken casserole, green beans with bacon and onions, roll, fruit.
Tuesday: Black-eyed peas and ham, stewed tomatoes and onion slices, mixed seasoned greens, corn bread, apple torte.
Wednesday: Chuckwagon steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, California mix, hot roll, oatmeal cookie.
Thursday: Dinner frank, saladkraut, German potato salad, bun, easy chocolate cake.
Friday: Non-breaded fish with lemon pepper, pork-n-beans, cucumber/onion/tomato salad, corn bread or hush puppies with tartar sauce, strawberry sling.
