Wheatheart Nutrition Project serves a hot noon meal Monday through Thursday. For reservations, call 478-8039. Meal site is located at 1225 S. Cleveland. Menus are subject to change.
Monday: Chicken casserole, green beans with bacon and onions, roll, fruit.
Tuesday: Black-eyed peas and ham, stewed tomatoes and onion slices, mixed seasoned greens, cornbread, apple torte.
Wednesday: Chuckwagon steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, California mix, hot roll, oatmeal cookie.
Thursday: Dinner frank, salad kraut, German potato salad, bun, easy chocolate cake.
Friday: Non-breaded fish with lemon pepper, pork and beans, cucumber/onion/tomato salad, corn bread or hush puppies with tartar sauce, strawberry sling.
