WAUKOMIS, Okla. —
Waukomis Public Schools is in district-wide lockdown as police investigate a suspicious person in the area, Superintendent Dale Bledsoe said.
Police requested the district go into lockdown mode until the suspect is apprehended.
Bledsoe said the suspect did not enter school grounds or facilities.
“Everyone’s OK,” he said. “I want to stress that nobody was in the building.”
