ENID — Enid Lights Up The Plains

Tonight

Downtown Enid

Watch fireworks explode over downtown tonight as Enid turns on all the Christmas lights downtown.

This year’s Enid Lights Up The Plains will feature food, live entertainment, Christmas music, carriage rides and a visit by Santa.

Events will start at 5 p.m. and culminate with the fireworks display at about 7 p.m.

The fireworks display is courtesy of Western Enterprises.

In case of inclement weather, the fireworks display will be postponed to 7 p.m. Sunday.

Handel’s ‘Messiah’

8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday

Enid Symphony Hall, 301 W. Broadway

Come downtown to Enid Symphony Hall on Saturday or Sunday as Enid Symphony Orchestra presents Handel’s ‘Messiah,’ one of the most well-known holiday works of music. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

Cherokee Strip Conference Center

Haven’t yet found the perfect gift idea? Then come out to Cherokee Strip Conference Center this Saturday for the Christmas Junction Craft Show. Shoppers can stop at vendor booths and look for unique items that will make the perfect Christmas gift. A variety of homemade products will be available. Admission to the event is free.
