The Longdale Country Op’ra Holiday Party will be held at 7 p.m. Dec. 20 at Longdale Gym.
Festivities include a jam session of country music musicians from near and far, free gifts, a door prize, food and beverages. The event is free to the public.
In addition, the Op’ra will be celebrating the birthday of Bobby Bennett from Enid. Bennett, a lead guitar and singer, had the well-known former country band, Cimarron, as well as his Christian band, 24/7 with his brother. His dad, Bob, also from Enid, will be at the party as well, to play and sing along with many other top talented musicians from the surrounding areas.
