Barney-Garis
Carter Barney and Kyle Garis will marry at 6 p.m. July 25 at Enid Symphony Hall.
Parents of the couple are Jackie Carter, Billings; Wayne Barney, Enid; and Phillip and Laurie Garis, Garber. Grandparents are Pat Carter, Billings; the late Maybelle and Keith Barney; the late Roberta Carter; the late Dean Carter; Jeff and Lydia Turner, Marlow; the late Bob and Lois Shelley; and the late Phillip Garis.
Barney is a 2006 graduate of Billings High School. She attends Northeastern State University.
Garis is a 2004 graduate of Garber High School. He is an automotive technician for Advantage Auto Repair, Broken Arrow.
