ENID, Okla. —
Laura Schmidt and Marc Stirton will marry at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. Pastor Gary Weaber will officiate.
Parents of the couple are Roger and Cathy Ediger, Enid; Bill and Lorna Stirton, Cerritos, Calif.; and Nancy Bozic, Gillette, Wyo. Grandparents are Dan and Alma Ediger, Enid; Idonna Stirton, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Jane Ray, Tus-con, Ariz.
Schmidt holds a degree in elementary education from Tabor College.
Stirton is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in business and economics. He is a lieutenant commander in the Navy, stationed in Oak Harbor, Wash., where he is an instructor pilot.
