Grandparents are Jerry and Sally Hart, Enid, Jerry Bliss and Karen Bliss, Enid, Marjorie Yates, Enid, Elaine Bisig, Louisville, Ky., the late Robert E. Yates, and the late Louis Bisig. Daughter of the groom is Cloe Bisig.
Bliss graduated from Pioneer High School and Northern Oklahoma College. She is a registered respiratory therapist at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
Bisig graduated from Garber High School. He is a sales representative for Pepsić
