Snapp-King
Amanda Marie Snapp and Justin Lawrence King will marry at 4 p.m. Oct. 17 at University Place Christian Church. George Adkins will officiate.
Parents of the couple are Glen and Jan Snapp and Jeff King, all of Enid, and Alison King, Drummond. Grand-parents are Edith and Lee Burkett, Guthrie; Jim Snapp, Enid, and the late Wilda Snapp; Jim and Shirley King and Dorothy Trybus, all of Enid, and the late Walter Trybus.
Snapp is a 2001 graduate of Chisholm High School. She graduated in 2007 from Northern Oklahoma College with a degree in applied arts and science/office management and Autry Technology Center in medical assisting. She is an optometry assistant and optician at Family Eye and Vision Care. She is studying paraoptometry and certification.
King is a 2004 graduate of Drummond High School and studied automotive at Autry Technology Center in 2005. He attended NASCAR Technical Institute and Pit Instructional Training in North Carolina from 2005 to 2007. He is an operator for Maxline Construction, Waukomis.
