ENID, Okla. —
Melanie Dawn Novak and Justin Lee Secrest will marry at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Central Christian Church, Enid. The Rev. John McLemore will officiate.
Parents of the couple are Pat and Gail Novak, Enid, and Keith and Beverly Secrest, Ponca City. Grandparents are Pat Morahan, Ponca City; Gene Morahan, Enid; the late Richard and Bea Novak; BJ and Frances Sloan, Muskogee; Retha Secrest, Coweta, and the late Sonny Secrest.
Novak is a 2005 graduate of Enid High School and received her doctorate of veterinary medicine in May 2012 from Oklahoma State University. She currently is an associate veterinarian at Midwest Veterinary Hospital in Midwest City, Okla.
Secrest is a 1994 graduate of Bartlesville High School and received bachelor’s degrees in land surveying and civil engineering in 1998 from Oklahoma State University. He owns a private engineering consulting business in Stillwater, Okla.
