ENID, Okla. —
MANCHESTER, Okla. — Dallas G. Hess, 64, passed away Nov. 27, 2012, at the VA Hospital in Wichita, Kan. He was born Oct. 6, 1948, in Enid, son of William and Myrtle (Gilley) Hess. Military memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Manchester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the town of Manchester Community Building or to the Manchester Cemetery and may be sent in care of the funeral home. Prairie Rose Funeral Home, Anthony, Kan., is in charge of arrangements.
