ENID, Okla. — Bradley Carl Martens was born March 10, 1962, in Enid to Daniel and Geneva E. (Burghardt) Martens and passed away Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at his home in Goddard, Kan.

He was raised in Enid, graduating from Enid High School. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma before moving to Goddard in 1988.

In 1991, he married Penny Sutterfield. They later divorced.

Brad worked for Boeing for six years. For the past 18 years, he had worked for House of Schwan.

He enjoyed feeding the birds in his own backyard, but the joy of his life was spending time with his daughter, Brooke Nicole and son, Dustin Wayne.

He was preceded in death by his father and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Brad is survived by daughter, Brooke Nicole; son, Dustin Wayne; mother; brother, Michael; sister, Diana Beall; husband, Lee Wroblewski; and nephew and niece, Elliott and Stephanie Beall.

Funeral service for Brad will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kimberly Giles officiating. Committal will follow in Enid Cemetery.

Memorials can be given through the funeral home to Bethany United Methodist Church or OMRF, diabetes division.
