Harley J. “Bud” Downing, 87, farmer, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012.
Funeral service 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at Schaeffer Mortuary Chapel, Caldwell, Kan.

Interment will be in Caldwell City Cemetery, Caldwell, Kan.
Bud was born May 6, 1925, in Renfrow, Okla., to Francis Belmont and Rosa Elsie (Kottas) Downing.
He is survived by daughters, Debra Henry, Janon Cairns and Kathy Henton; son, Bob Keown; and sister, Elwanda Fortmeyer.
