KINGFISHER — Eldon Flaming, of Kingfisher, Okla., passed away suddenly Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012.

He was born Oct. 9, 1956, in Enid, Okla., to Bernard and Alberta Flaming.

He graduated from Jet-Nash High School in 1974.

He married Lea Ann Fletcher Nov. 6, 1976. They moved to Kingfisher in 1989, where his family still lives.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Willson and husband Randall of Kingfisher; son, Jordan Flaming and wife Samantha of Kingfisher; grandchildren, Brooklynn, Makenna, London, Jared and Alexis; father, Bernard Flaming of Ponca City; sister, Cheri Linthicum of Houston, Texas; brother, Daryl Flaming of Austin, Texas; brother, Brent Flaming of Dyer, Nev.; sister, Anita Flaming of Houston, Texas; brother, Sam of Alva; Lea Ann Flaming and daughter Emily of Kingfisher; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.

Eldon was an avid outdoorsman and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be missed by many.

A private service will be at a later date.
