Enid, OK — The funeral for James “Jim” David Hough, 66, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church. Pastors Ron Ol-son and David Lyons will officiate. Bu-rial will be in Enid Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Family visitation will be 5-7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

He was born Nov. 2, 1943, in Noble, Ill., to Glen Robert and Cora Elizabeth Hough and died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at his home.

He was raised and educated in Noble.

He married Shirley Kay Swayze Feb. 28, 1964, and remarried her Nov. 28, 1992. He worked in the oil fields then drove semi trucks over the road for the next 23 years, retiring in April 2006. He attended Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church and Best Years Fellowship.

Surviving are his wife, Shirley, of the home; children, Cindy Stacy of Searcy, Ark., Michael Bradley of King-fisher, Tom Hough of Fort Leavenworth, Kan., Mandy Hout of Newman, Ill., Vanessa Moore of Billings, Herb Bradley of Holcomb, Kan., and Becky Calwonsen of Fairview; three brothers, Glen E. Hough of Marshall, Danny Hough of Noble and Robert Hough of Effingham, Ill.; two sisters, Sandra Herman of Claremont, Ill., and Cathy Wilson of Olney, Ill.; 28 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and 13 extended family of grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, one grandson and one great-grandson.
