Enid, OK — The memorial service for Hayley Jae Hofferber, infant, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

She was born and died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at Mercy Health Center, Oklahoma City, to Eric and Laura Coulter Hofferber.

Surviving are her parents, Eric and Laura of Waukomis; and grandparents, Jerry and Shelly Coulter of Carrier; Mike Hofferber of Hooker; and Tina and Ron Moravec of Waukomis.
