Enid, OK — The memorial service for Della Eugene Marguerite May Webber Nichols, 87, will be 11 a.m. today, Nov. 14, 2009, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born Nov. 1, 1922, in Enid to Clarence and Bessie Webber and died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009.

She married Warren E. Nichols Sept. 1, 1946. They made their home in Texas. They also operated an apartment building in Seattle before returning to Enid, where she retired from the Base Exchange at Vance Air Force Base. They were members of Emmanuel Baptist Church. He died in May 2003.

Surviving are one son, Pat Nichols of Edmond; one daughter, Terrie Thies of Lahoma; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
