Enid, OK — The funeral for Wanda June Shepherd Longhofer, 75, of Cheney, Kan., formerly of Enid, will be 10 a.m. today, Nov. 7, 2009, at United Me-thodist Church, Cheney. Pas-tor Patrick Buss will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Belmont, Kan. Arrangements are by Lanterman Funeral Home, Cheney.

She was born June 6, 1934, in the family home in Nor-wich, Kan., to Glena and Mildred Lourie Shepherd and died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at her home.

She married Robert D. Longhofer May 7, 1953, in Cheney.

She had been a receptionist for several publishing firms during her career. She was a member of United Methodist Church, Cheney and Vinita Friendship Club.

Surviving are two daughters, Vicki Copeland of Eden, N.C., and Robyn Roberts of Cheney; one brother, Robert Shepherd of Center Point, Texas; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.
