Enid, OK — The graveside service for Suk Nyun Lee Moore, 74, of Woodward, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, in Elmwood Cemetery, Wood-ward. The Rev. Wesley Peterman will officiate. Ar-rangements are by Nichols-Zwanziger Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wood-ward.

She was born Jan. 20, 1935, in South Korea and died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at her home.

She attended the mandatory one year of Japanese school.

She married George Moore Sept. 16, 1963, at the American Embassy in Seoul, South Korea. She lived with his parents while he served during the Vietnam War. Following his discharge they made their home on the family farm, raising hogs and crops.

They moved to Laverne in 1978, where she worked at the café and later in the Fruit of the Loom factory in Woodward. They moved to Woodward in 1981. She was an accomplished seamstress. She also worked for Trego’s Western Wear until they closed and then for Ken’s Haberdashery, pressing shirts, until she retired at age 62.

Surviving are her husband, George, of Woodward and one brother, Lee Nhai Hyon, of South Korea.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
