Enid, OK — The funeral for Oleane T. Frazier, 83, of Fairview, will be 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at Fairview Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Leonard Vogt will officiate. Burial will be in Ames Cemetery. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. Viewing will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born April 17, 1926, in Stringtown to Isaac M. and Elsie Hicks Teer and died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, at Fairview Fellowship Home.
She grew up in Taloga and attended school there. After finishing school, she worked in several restaurants in Canton.
She married Vernie Frazier Oct. 30, 1952, in Taloga. They lived in Canton for more than 40 years. She later moved to Fairview Fellowship Home.
She was a member of Canton Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Vernie; one brother, Nelson M. Leer of Duncan; and one sister, Mary “Mollie” Shoop-man of Oklahoma City.
She was preceded in death by one son, four brothers and one sister.
