He was born Nov. 23, 1939, and died Jan. 4, 2013, in Oklahoma City. He was a farmer, rancher and auto body business owner.
Survivors are wife Carlotta England, daughter Cindee McKinley, stepdaughter Kim Nelson, sister Conny Everett, and brothers Bob and Allen England.
